Witnessing the severe consequences faced by the northern provinces of our country due to Typhoon Yagi, and in response to the “Call to Support People in Overcoming the Aftermath of Natural Disasters” from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, as well as the nationwide appeal to aid the North, the Lac Hong Bilingual School System launched a meaningful campaign to share love and support. Answering the call, teachers, staff, and students, through practical actions and with a spirit of greater frugality than usual, actively contributed to assist our compatriots in the North in overcoming the storms and floods, helping them quickly stabilize their lives. The invaluable contributions were as follows:
✔️ Lac Hong Bilingual Primary, Secondary, and High School collected VND 237,720,500 in cash from all staff, teachers, and students.
✔️ The school contributed an additional VND 100,000,000 from the “Loving Spring Fund,” which is donated annually through community events.
✔️ Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten – Bien Hoa contributed VND 83,650,000, raised through activities such as the “Art Day” charity sale, remaining funds from previous years’ charity events, along with further contributions from teachers, staff, and parents.
✔️ Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten – Long Khanh received donations from teachers, staff, and parents, totaling VND 30,177,000.
Thus, the entire Lac Hong Bilingual School System, from Bien Hoa to Long Khanh, contributed a total of VND 451,547,500. The school leadership extends its deepest gratitude to all the teachers, staff, parents, and students for their support and participation in this noble initiative.
