Lac Hong Bilingual School organized a Storytelling Contest for elementary students with the theme “Beloved Uncle Ho.” This meaningful event offered students an opportunity to explore knowledge, express their love for their homeland, and show deep respect for the great leader of the nation.
Heartfelt and Creative Storytelling Performances
The students presented their stories through a variety of lively and engaging formats:
-
Storytelling combined with illustrated visuals
-
Short dramatizations reenacting meaningful stories about Uncle Ho
Each performance brought unforgettable emotions and conveyed profound lessons about kindness, simplicity, and the spirit of learning and following Uncle Ho’s example.

A Meaningful Playground That Nurtures Beautiful Values
Through retelling stories in their own unique ways, students were able to practice and strengthen essential skills:
-
Developing public speaking skills: Students learned to speak clearly, expressively, and confidently in front of an audience.
-
Expressing emotions and creative thinking: Each story was presented with a fresh and imaginative approach, helping students showcase their voices, acting skills, and genuine emotions.
-
Receiving and spreading moral values: The contest helped students absorb meaningful lessons about love for the homeland, gratitude, and positive living—key foundations in developing skills and character.
“Each story is like a blooming flower offered to Uncle Ho.” Lac Hong Bilingual School is proud to witness its elementary students growing more mature in their thoughts, showing love, expressing gratitude, and becoming better individuals every day.
