LAC HONG BILINGUAL SCHOOL BOOK WEEK 2026 – A JOURNEY THAT TRANSFORMS LIVES
Lac Hong Bilingual School recently hosted a successful Book Week, featuring a series of engaging themed events that created an inspiring reading space for students, where every page opened the door to new worlds.
THEME 1: “BOOKS THAT CHANGE LIVES – A JOURNEY OF GROWTH”
Students explored powerful stories about how reading shapes thinking, emotions, and future direction. Through these experiences, they discovered that books are not only a source of knowledge, but also a way to build resilience, nurture dreams, and develop lifelong learning habits.
THEME 2: AUTHOR TALK WITH NGUYEN HOANG AN – “EXPERIENCING LITERATURE THROUGH VISUALS”
In a special session with the illustrator of the comic adaptation of Luc Van Tien, students experienced a fresh perspective on literature, where stories can be seen and felt through images as well as words. The session encouraged creativity while helping students connect with literature in a more engaging and modern way.
Each themed activity, along with the vibrant book fair, helped students broaden their thinking, deepen their emotions, and build a positive reading culture, a strong foundation for lifelong learning and holistic development.
Book Week may have come to an end, but the inspiration and values gained from books will continue to stay with our students on their journey ahead.
