Creating scented candles from sand was a delightful experience for the Kindergarten students of Lac Hong Bilingual School during their recent workshop.
Using simple, familiar materials like sand, and with the guidance of dedicated instructors, each little pair of hands carefully mixed colors and designed their own unique scented candles – vibrant, playful, and full of creativity.
More than just a craft activity, this hands-on experience helped the children sharpen their observation skills, nurture their imagination, develop creative thinking, and appreciate the beauty around them. Most importantly, they learned to value the results of their own efforts – a gentle yet meaningful lesson.
