As digital technology continues to reshape the way students learn, communicate, and grow, understanding the psychology of today’s young people has become increasingly important in creating a positive and effective learning environment.
Recently, Lac Hong Bilingual School organized a professional development workshop entitled “Understanding Student Psychology in the Digital Age and Effective Educational Practices” for all Primary, Secondary, and High School teachers. The workshop was led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Anh from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
Through expert insights, real-life case studies, and professional discussions, teachers gained a deeper understanding of students’ psychological characteristics in the digital era. The workshop also provided practical approaches to help teachers build stronger connections with students, respond more effectively to their needs, foster a positive classroom environment, and support their overall development.
