Recently, Grade 10 students from Lac Hong Bilingual School took part in a meaningful Semester II field trip to Ma Da Forest, part of the Dong Nai Cultural and Nature Reserve, as well as the historic War Zone D. More than just a trip beyond the classroom, this experience gave students the opportunity to explore nature firsthand and connect their learning with real-life experiences.
Throughout the journey, students trekked through the forest, crossed streams, and explored the untouched forest ecosystem. They also gained valuable insights from forest rangers on forest protection and wildfire prevention during the dry season. In addition, the heritage visit to War Zone D helped deepen their understanding of its historical significance as a revolutionary base, while fostering a sense of gratitude, patriotism, and national pride.
Through this trip, students gained not only knowledge, but also memorable experiences and meaningful lessons in responsibility and discipline, helping them grow and develop each day.
