In addition to enhancing academic knowledge, our school also prioritizes the mental and psychological development of students. Lac Hong Bilingual School invited lecturer Nguyen Thi Diem My, from the Psychology Department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, to conduct a specialized training session on “Student Behavior Management” for the entire teaching staff.
During the session, teachers learned how to identify and appropriately address problematic behaviors in students according to their developmental stages. They also gained knowledge of positive discipline techniques and strategies to apply in education, with the goal of creating a happy school environment.
