The dual high school diploma program allows students to earn two diplomas upon graduation by transferring a significant portion of earned credits to our partner school and fulfilling additional requirements specific to the program.
This is an online learning program instructed by in-class teachers.
Students in Vietnam can now earn an American high school diploma entirely online, without leaving their homes.

Students shall meet the English level B1 entry requirements (according to the Common European Framework)

In October 2016, LHBS officially partnered with A.S.I to offer the opportunity to obtain dual high school diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the global education organization AdvancED®.
The University of Nevada was founded in 1874 and has since risen to become one of the top universities in the United States. Its diverse offerings across various academic disciplines place it among the top 23 institutions in the nation. The University of Nevada is located in the heart of Reno, consistently ranked among the 20 safest cities in the United States.
Completing the Dual Diploma Program opens doors for Vietnamese students to skip the English language test requirement and gain direct admission to the University of Nevada, Reno.
English proficiency requirements: A2 for grade 9 and B1 for grades 10 and 11, according to the Common European Framework.
Students attend the entrance exam at LHBS.

Obtain two high school diplomas
Students participating in the Dual Diploma Program will have the opportunity to:
– Receive free study abroad counseling
– Attend free English proficiency assessments
– Study in classrooms with modern equipment
– Develop independent learning skills and be closely monitored by dedicated teachers.
– Receive dual high school diplomas from Vietnam and the U.S.
– Directly enroll in the University of Nevada with a GPA of 3.0 without the need for IELTS, TOEFL, or SAT
– Receive support to apply for U.S. University Study Abroad scholarships
– Have the opportunity to participate in the Summer Study Abroad Program organized by the University of Nevada, Reno for a 5-week stay in the U.S
Graduates of the Program will:
– Receive assistance with F-1 VISA application
– Receive support for Study Abroad scholarships if they meet the requirements
– Be exempt from TOEFL/IELTS/SAT entry requirements for admission to certain U.S. universities
Summer Study Abroad Program in the U.S.
– The Summer Study Abroad Program is organized by the University of Nevada, Reno without entrance requirements.
– The program is for secondary school students and above with no age limit
– Opportunities for internships in English-speaking environments following U.S. training standards and practical social activities
– The program lasts for 5 weeks of residency in the U.S
Students participating in the Summer Study Abroad Program in the U.S. will:
– Receive support for J-1 VISA application and visa extension for subsequent participation
– Receive 20 hours of English learning per week at the University of Nevada
– Participate in travel, extracurricular, and sports activities with students from various countries.
– Stay at the University Dormitory with full facilities and daily meals.
