Lac Hong Bilingual School Staff Enhance Knowledge and Professional Skills in Food Safety and Hygiene
To ensure a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment, Lac Hong Bilingual School cooperated with the Dong Nai Department of Health to organize a training and assessment session on Food Safety and Hygiene (FSH) for kitchen staff, custodians, and medical personnel across its Preschool and K–12 campuses.
During the training, participants were provided with important and practical knowledge, including:

Updates on the latest procedures for safe food preparation, storage, and control.

Guidance on handling real-life situations, such as storing food samples and detecting or managing suspected food poisoning cases.

Hands-on assessments to evaluate professional competence through the FSH test, leading to the issuance of official Food Safety and Hygiene Certificates in accordance with regulations.
