When children are at school, their teachers are always by their side, caring for them with love, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility. To ensure that every member of staff is prepared to protect and support the children in unexpected situations, Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten organized a first aid training session for all teachers and staff.
During the session, doctors and medical professionals from Dong Nai Children’s Hospital provided guidance on a range of essential topics, including:
- Recognizing early signs of developmental and psychological concerns, including autism
- Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Responding to choking and airway obstruction
- Managing severe allergic reactions and anaphylaxis
In addition to gaining valuable medical knowledge and taking part in a question-and-answer session with the doctors, the teachers and staff also practised first aid techniques using training mannequins.
These essential skills help strengthen the school’s ability to respond effectively in emergencies and contribute to creating a safe, caring, and happy learning environment for every child.
Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten would like to express its sincere appreciation to Dong Nai Children’s Hospital for supporting the school in enhancing the first aid knowledge and practical skills of our teachers and staff.
