All library users, including teachers, staff, and students, must adhere to the following policies when visiting the library to read, research, or study:
Article 1: Opening Hours
– The library is open weekdays from Monday to Friday.
– Morning: From 7:00 AM to 11:20 AM.
– Afternoon: From 1:30 PM to 4:50 PM.
Article 2: Policies on borrowing books, newspapers, and study materials
– Borrowers may take out a maximum of 3 books and study materials at a time, with a loan period of 2 weeks. Textbooks and teachers’ books may be borrowed as a set for an entire academic year, based on specific study and teaching needs. To borrow additional books, please return any books that are currently due.
– Borrowers who damage or lose a book must either replace it with the same title or pay a fine of 2 to 5 times the book’s cover price, depending on its value.
– Before borrowing, please thoroughly inspect the item(s). If you discover any damage to borrowed materials, such as tears, missing pages, or markings, please report it immediately to library staff. Failure to report such damage may result in full responsibility. When returning books, please ensure the title, code, and condition match the details recorded in the borrowing log.
